Class Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the class start date are eligible for a full refund.

No Refund: If you miss a class or cancel less than 48 hours before the class, no refund will be issued. However, you can receive a credit towards future classes if you notify us within one week of the missed class date.

One-Time Transfer: You may transfer your registration to the next available session once, provided space is available. This must be arranged no later than 1 week before the time of the originally scheduled class.

Special Considerations: Exceptions to this policy will be considered on an individual basis under extenuating circumstances. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

Note: We invest significant effort in preparing for each class, and your reservation holds a spot that could otherwise be filled by another student. We kindly ask for your commitment to the class you have signed up for to foster a consistent learning environment and to maximize your artistic development.
